Mappi provides a platform for creating and sharing interactive maps and location-based content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Mappi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your content and must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mappi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
